LPR bans OSCE's Ukraine mission on its territory from April 30

The OSCE's mission started work in Ukraine in March of 2014

LUGANSK, April 13. /TASS/. Head of the Lugansk People's Republic Leonid Pasechnik on Wednesday said the OSCE's Special Monitoring Mission will be banned on its territory.

"As the head of the state that's been recognized by the Russian Federation, I have made a decision to ban operations of the OSCE's SMM on the territory of the republic from April 30 of this year," he said on Telegram. "It means all employees of the mission must leave the Lugansk People's Republic before April 30."

He said OSCE's Lugansk team "unilaterally decided to continue its activity in the republic despite the expiry of its mandate, shaping a negative image of Russia, LPR and DPR on European platforms."

The OSCE's mission started work in Ukraine in March of 2014 and included about 1,000 observers.
